We had a lovely family stay, enjoying the clean room and the fun pool area. The kids loved the jumping pillow, and the nearby tour desk made it easy to explore fantastic spots like Litchfield National Park, perfect for our adventure-seeking souls!
In my wife’s opinion, improving staff supervision around pools would really benefit families.

A welcoming staff surprise
We spent a week at this beautiful resort. The kids adored the jumping pillow, and the refreshing pools brought much joy. Every sunset was magical over the serene landscape.
The dining options left us disappointed. The restaurant service was sluggish, and the food quality during dinner didn't meet our expectations. It felt rushed, overshadowing the pleasant experience.

The pool was murky and overcrowded, leaving no chance for relaxation. the villa was outdated and shabby. not at all what you expect with a price like theirs. i wonder if a complimentary upgrade or some special treatment could've been too much to ask, since i was obviously deserving. i almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

Families with kids will have a blast here
We had a jumping cushion which kept the kids busy for hours and they loved swimming before dinner and even dancing at night. The staff arranged an early check in for us due to our flight changes which was really nice touch
It wasn't exactly pocket change but it was still acceptable for what we got

Great for a Local Staycation
I spent 2 nights in a Standard Quadruple Room, and it suited our family perfectly with a bunk bed and a double bed. The cabin was clean, and having a kitchenette was handy. Plus, the pool area was a great highlight. I'd suggest they improve the dining options. the food at the poolside restaurant could use some enhancement.
